Once an award weapon is permanently obtained through gaining legendary status in that award, the player will still spawn in with the non-award weapon and will have it in hand after changing classes even if you select the same class you're already playing as.Īfter playing with the default non-award weapon and draining its ammo, it is possible to rapidly refill it by switching over to the award weapon and then re-selecting the class at a command post.
